Vendor Space Rates & Discount Opportunities at Killeen Flea Market

Welcome, Vendors! We're thrilled you're interested in joining the Killeen Flea Market community! We offer prime outdoor spaces with a straightforward pricing structure and fantastic discount opportunities designed to help your business thrive.

(Important Note: Currently, no electricity or water hookups are available at any vendor spaces. All vendors must be self-sufficient for their power and water needs.)

Our Standard Booth Space Daily Rates:

• $40 per day - 10ft x 10ft COVERED, INDOOR Space (Inside a garage with fans blowing in the heat and patio heaters going in the cold)

• $30 per day - 10ft x 10ft COVERED Space (under a permanent protective structure)

• $25 per day - UNCOVERED Space (Bring your own tent/canopy – flexible sizing within reason for your setup)

Food Truck Space Rates:

• Location Options: Prime S 38th Street frontage

• $50 - Daily Rate

• $100 - Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday)

• $600 - Monthly Rate(This flat rate allows for potential 7-day-a-week operation on 38th Street frontage spots.)

  1. Our current amenities include water hookup, gray water disposal access, trash disposal, marketing assistance, website & social media assistance, and 24/7 truck/trailer parking. Future amenities will include dry, cold, and freezer storage, prep station access with three compartment sink, air conditioned break area, grease trap access, and private bathroom access.

  2. Our current monthly rate of $600 p/month is an introductory rate. As amenities are established we will have to raise the price of our monthly rate, but rest assured we will not get rediculous with it! We are fare and want our vendors to succeed!

• or Weekend Arrival: For last-minute availability, visit us during vendor setup hours (Saturdays or Sundays, 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM). Spaces are first-come, first-served for weekend arrivals.
