Vendor Space Rates & Discount Opportunities at Killeen Flea Market

Welcome, Vendors! We're thrilled you're interested in joining the Killeen Flea Market community! We offer prime outdoor spaces with a straightforward pricing structure and fantastic discount opportunities designed to help your business thrive.

(Important Note: Currently, no electricity or water hookups are available at any vendor spaces. All vendors must be self-sufficient for their power and water needs.)

Our Standard Booth Space Daily Rates:

• $30 per day - 10ft x 10ft COVERED Space (under a permanent protective structure)

• $25 per day - UNCOVERED Space (Bring your own tent/canopy – flexible sizing within reason for your setup)

Maximize Your Savings with Our Vendor Discounts!

We offer several ways for our valued booth vendors (non-Food Truck) to save:

1. Weekend Saver Discount! (Book Saturday & Save on Sunday)

   • Rent any single booth space for Saturday at its standard daily rate, and you'll automatically get $10 OFF the standard daily rate for Sunday for that same space!

   • Example (One 10x10 Covered Space):

     • Saturday: $30

     • Sunday: $30 (standard) - $10 (discount) = $20

     • Your Total Weekend Price: $50 (Save $10!)

   • Example (One Uncovered Space):

     • Saturday: $25

     • Sunday: $25 (standard) - $10 (discount) = $15

     • Your Total Weekend Price: $40 (Save $10!)

2. Rent More, Save More! (Multi-Space Discount)

   • Planning to use more than one booth space? Great! Rent your first booth space at its regular price (either the daily rate or the already discounted "Weekend Saver" price if booking for the full weekend).

   • Then, get $10 OFF each additional booth space you rent for the exact same rental period (i.e., $10 off the daily price for an additional daily space, or $10 off the weekend price for an additional weekend space). There's no limit to how many additional discounted spaces you can rent!

   • Example (Two 10x10 Covered Spaces for one Saturday):

     • Space 1 (Daily Rate): $30

     • Space 2 (Daily Rate $30 - $10 Discount): $20

     • Your Total for two spaces for Saturday: $50

   • Example (Two 10x10 Covered Spaces for one full Weekend):

     • Space 1 (Weekend Saver Price): $50

     • Space 2 (Weekend Saver Price $50 - $10 Discount): $40

     • Your Total for two spaces for the Weekend: $90

3. Stay Longer, Pay Even Less! (Our "Monthly" Consecutive Weekend Special)

   • This is our best value for dedicated vendors! Commit to selling with us for four (4) consecutive weekends.

   • You simply pre-pay for the first three (3) consecutive weekends (at their already discounted rates if applicable from above, like the Weekend Saver and Multi-Space discounts), and your fourth (4th) consecutive weekend's space rental is absolutely FREE!

   • Example (One 10x10 Covered Space for this 4-Weekend Special):

     • Price per weekend (using Weekend Saver): $50

     • Pre-pay for 3 Weekends: $50 x 3 = $150

     • Your Total Cost for 4 Full Weekends: $150 (That's like getting one weekend completely free!)

   • Example (Two 10x10 Covered Spaces for this 4-Weekend Special):

     • Price per weekend for two spaces (using Weekend Saver & Multi-Space): $90

     • Pre-pay for 3 Weekends: $90 x 3 = $270

     • Your Total Cost for 4 Full Weekends for two spaces: $270

Food Truck Space Rates:

***Currently, food trucks/trailers/carts get their first 30 days free!***

(Please note: The booth vendor discounts listed above do not apply to Food Truck spaces, which have their own special rates.)

• Location Options: Prime E. Veterans Memorial Blvd frontage OR Behind gate in general vendor area (as available and designated by management).

• $50 - Daily Rate

• $100 - Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday)

• $600 - Monthly Rate(This flat rate allows for potential 7-day-a-week operation on VMB frontage spots. Utilities are not currently included.)

• or Weekend Arrival: For last-minute availability, visit us during vendor setup hours (Saturdays or Sundays, 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM). Spaces are first-come, first-served for weekend arrivals.
